  1. High-speed 3-D animation for 
  2. IBM PC/XT/AT/PS-2 computers

  4. Start-up requirement:  No ram-resident utility 
  5. (ramdisk or program) should be installed when 
  6. running this software, for memory interference 
  7. will result.
  8. The two programs OBJECT and AUTOMOVE allow one
  9. to create and move 3-D objects about within 
  10. 3-D space.  The objects (e.g., torus, cylinder, 
  11. helix, cube, ellipsoid) are defined by points
  12. positioned randomly on their surfaces.  The motion 
  13. editor (AUTOMOVE) permits one to move up to 4 objects
  14. about in space; the motion can be any combination 
  15. of linear translation and rotation (about an 
  16. arbitrary fixed axis).  Each frame of an animation
  17. sequence consists of a perspective projection of 
  18. the moving object.  For those with color monitors, 
  19. objects can be projected in any of 3 colors
  20. using the 320x200 CGA graphics mode.
